Title: Policy Services Lead

Method Contribution: Melissa brings 10 years of insurance industry experience to Method. She has her P & C license in MO. Before joining Method, Melissa worked for a monoline workers’ comp brokerage, first as a File Clerk, then working her way up through Policy Services to Underwriter. This experience was invaluable as Melissa had the opportunity to learn many aspects of insurance all in one place. Now with Method, she enjoys working with different markets and agents, providing them with full service on endorsements, audits, billing questions, and more.
Her favorite part of policy services is “the ability to continue building and nurturing agent relationships, ensuring they want to continue business with Method because of the excellent customer service they are receiving.” Couldn’t agree more, Melissa!
Hobbies: Melissa lives in St. Louis where she was born and raised. She lives with her husband and 2 kids (18 and 17). As a family, they have 3 dogs (Ryker, Finnegan, and Guinness) all of whom are rescues and Melissa says are spoiled rotten. In her free time Melissa loves to go camping with family in the many Missouri state parks. As a former Girl Scout and Girl Scout Leader, she appreciates the state parks opportunities to learn, rest, relax, and explore. Her favorite state park is the Washington State Park in DeSoto, Missouri. She’s been going to this park since she was a baby and even got married there! When she’s not getting in touch with nature, you’ll find Melissa cheering on the St. Louis Blues. She also enjoys baking and putting her cake decorating skills to use. Yum!
