Title: Underwriting Assistant

Method Contribution: Roshana brings 5 years of workers’ comp experience to Method. In 2019, Roshana earned her NV WC license which was also the same year that she got her start working as a Claims Assistant. Among her many responsibilities, Roshana provided administrative support to claims adjusters, processed correspondence, scheduled medical appointments, and entered reported injuries into a claims management system. 2 years later, Roshana became a Claims Examiner at another TPA. During this time, she monitored and adjudicated 120 medical only claims per month, rendered timely determinations, and provided support to lost time adjusters. Roshana’s analytical skills, ability to multitask, and eagerness to always learn something new really stood out to Method. We just had to have her on board!

Hobbies: Roshana resides in Las Vegas, NV where she enjoys spending time with family and friends. On the weekends they love to go out to eat and take tropical vacations. She enjoys just about any type of food and trying out new dishes but if she had to choose a favorite? Mexican food takes the cake! When traveling, Roshana’s favorite destinations are anywhere tropical like the Bahamas and Hawaii. Couldn’t agree more!
