Title: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Nashville, TN

Method Contribution: Jordan began her career in customer service, working as a veterinary technician. She aided in surgeries, dental care, and regular visits, as well as managing the front desk, processing payments, scheduling appointments, and assisting with customer needs. She then went to work for Vanderbilt Children's Hospital as a Patient Service Representative. For two years, she handled scheduling and processing insurance for the Cardiology, Neurology, and Psychiatric departments. Now with Method, Jordan’s front of house! She guides incoming callers, addresses customer questions, and always goes the extra mile to ensure our customer's needs are met. Her favorite part of customer service is helping others and spending the time with our customers to understand what’s important to them. She strives to deliver her "best self to customers because they deserve nothing less." We love that!

Hobbies: Jordan and her husband (Isaac) reside in the city in which they were born and raised - good ol’ Nashville, TN. Together, they have quite the full house with their two boys (Greyson and Christian), two dogs (Maci and Astro) and cat (Mia). As a family, quality time is key. They love to do just about anything together, from swimming and movie nights, to baking sweets and more! But moms also need alone time, right? Now, as you can imagine, alone time is a luxury for a mom of two young boys. But for Jordan, she makes that time count, pampering herself with all things glam(makeup/hair/clothing styles). Jordan believes that setting time aside for herself allows her to be the best mom she can be. Amen to that!
