Method Contribution: Patsy earned her bachelor’s in Marketing with a minor in American Sign Language from East Tennessee State University. She graduated with an impressive Magna Cum Laude before working at Anderson's Lumber CO. There, she gained valuable customer service experience answering phones, addressing customers' questions, and supporting day-to-day sales operations. Method then scooped Patsy up, noting her attention to detail and ability to multitask like a boss! As an Audit Assistant, her responsibilities include providing customer service support, working with premium auditors, generating audit invoices, and more!
New to workers’ comp insurance, Patsy’s extremely excited to dive in and learn what the industry has to offer.
Hobbies: Upon graduating, Patsy traveled west from her hometown (Maryville, TN) to Nashville, TN where she is accompanied by her boyfriend (Evan) and Jackabee (Myla). In her downtime, Patsy loves to relax with a good book - her favorite being Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. But when she’s up for some adventure, you’ll find her traveling with Evan and Myla. They absolutely love trying new things, whether it's places, food, or activities. During her travels, she’s found Yellowstone National Park to be her favorite place to visit.
