Method Contribution: Nicole is a veteran of our industry with over 15 years of insurance experience. Her path began at California State-Dominguez Hills, earning a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy. She then jumped into her career with AAA of Southern California as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. After spending five years with AAA, she spent the next ten years with major insurance players such as MetLife (Claims Adjuster), Trean (Underwriting Assistant), and Western Skies (Underwriting Assistant). Now with Method, Nicole helps our Underwriters understand a potential policyholder’s whole story, which enables us to provide competitive quotes. Among her responsibilities, she works with new and renewal accounts, risk assessments, loss ratings, and loss runs ratings. With her valuable experience and passion for “creating magic for our customers,” Nicole fits right in at Method!
Hobbies: Nicole resides in none other than the City of Lights itself - Las Vegas. 3-year-old twin daughters (Alex and Ava) keep her busy. As a family, they enjoy playing at the park, swimming, traveling, and shopping at Target. I mean...can you blame them? With the variety of cultures the city offers, she loves to explore and find new restaurants. Her top 3 restaurants include Therapy (Lobster grilled cheese sandwich), Mexican Korean Fusion (House fried rice), and Lindo Michoacan (Best Mexican eats in town). When she’s out and about, Nicole finishes her nights attending any concerts for which she can get her hands on tickets.
