Method Contribution: Allison completed her education in Art/Art History at the University of North Alabama. Upon earning her degree, she put her education to use as a Docent at the Cleveland Museum of Art, sharing the background and history of exhibit pieces for the next 8 years. Prior to joining Method, Allison was an HR Generalist for an independent restaurant group located in Cleveland, Ohio. As an HR Generalist, her responsibilities included placing employment ads, processing new employee paperwork, updating menus, maintaining a database of recipes, and more. This experience equipped her to be Method’s very own swiss army knife. Allison is a master of the many small but essential things required to keep an office operating. She's the glue and catch-all, able to make sense of every field, supporting any department.
Hobbies: During her free time, Allison enjoys tapping into her art background with painting and creating mixed media art. Allison and her husband (Erik) love attending live music (160 concerts and counting - wow!), visiting art museums, and spending time with her 3 dogs and cat. They are also quite the avid travelers, exploring the world with any given opportunity. Erik’s family farm is in Bastad, Norway, which often provides the perfect chance to travel to the other European countries. Her favorite places to visit are Paris, France and back to Cleveland where she’s made many cherishable memories over the years.
