Method Contribution: Emma may be new to insurance, but she’s no rookie to the world of customer service. She has quite the team spirit, never failing to jump in when help is needed. Her ability to work well with others and keep a positive attitude is what ultimately drew her to customer service in the first place. Her career began in 2016 as a Nordstrom Stylist Assistant, where she spent time working with customers by improving their experience, making product recommendations, and boosting sales. Emma then went on to work for Xerox, wearing many hats as she was in charge of equipment troubleshooting, external communication, placing supply orders, and distributing supplies. Her customer service experience, coupled with organizational skills, made her a perfect fit for Method. Of her many responsibilities, Emma is a guide to our incoming callers, answering questions, providing information, and transferring to the correct party. We’d be lost without her so next time you call in, make sure to say hi!

Hobbies: Born and raised in Nashville, Emma and her fiance (Zane) enjoy a quiet life in their home south of the city. They recently welcomed a new furry member to their family, Dawson (Corgi). During her spare time, nothing beats a day on the golf course. Emma’s favorite courses are the greens of McCabe, Franklin Bridge, and Percy Warner. When she’s not golfing, Emma enjoys spending time with close friends and family. With the right company, she just can’t get enough of evening cookouts, cards, and quality time. We’re with you on that one, Emma!
