Method Contribution: Demetrius’s career in IT began at Touchstone Medical Imaging where as a Service Desk Engineer he was responsible for creating, streamlining, and optimizing IT solutions that supported the Touchstone team. He made it his goal to ensure that users received the best possible help quickly and efficiently in times of IT need. As he refined his skills, he grew into a Service Desk Manager position. It was his time spent at Touchstone that sparked his passion for IT. According to Demetrius, his favorite part of IT is the challenge. "IT is basically a big puzzle with no guide to follow; diving in headfirst and figuring out all the pieces is very engaging." He brings this passion to the Method team, optimizing and advancing both our customer and internally facing IT solutions.
Hobbies: Based out of our Nashville office, Demetrius lives in Tullahoma with his girlfriend Briana, their pup Luna, and cat Marbles. Demetrius plays video games in his spare time, reads manga, and watches Marvel and anime movies. When he’s looking for some fresh air, he’ll plant flowers outside and use his tech imagination to modify cars. Now that’s a range of hobbies!
