Method Contribution: Ben completed his MBA at the University of South Carolina and currently holds ARM, ASLI and AAI industry designations. Additionally, he is nearing the completion of his CPCU. Ben began his insurance career as a field underwriter for Arthur J. Gallagher’s Sports & Leisure programs division before transitioning to regional business development for AJG’s entire wholesale division, Risk Placement Services (RPS) in the Southeast. Prior to joining Method, he was brokering & underwriting for Brooks Insurance, an MGA specializing in many of the core industries Method writes today! His specialization in insurance product distribution combined with more than a decade of experience in P&C underwriting, marketing, business development, and brokerage have made him an invaluable asset to our Business Development team.
Hobbies: An avid fan of live music, Ben’s in the process of relocating to our corporate headquarters in Nashville. In his spare time, he hones his sales skills by negotiating with his two toddlers, often arbitrated by his wife Kate. He’s a fervent golfer and loves being outdoors around water.
